Seeds of Destiny 14 January 2023 Daily Devotional for today

MESSAGE:
SCRIPTURE: Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:10.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Tithing is the most basic thing every dedicated child of God should do as far as covenant practices are concerned.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2023 MESSAGE:
The Scripture makes it clear that the tithe is critical to the blessing. The tithe is the doorway to financial abundance in life. The tithe opens the heaven upon a man’s life (Malachi 3:10). So, to neglect the tithe is to be under a closed heaven.
Now, one reason why many people don’t experience open heaven is their negative mind-set towards the tithe.
In the New Testament, we understand that the tithe is a basic minimum thing a child of God should do. As New Testament Christians, our realm is the realm of sacrifice.
So, anyone struggling with tithing either does not know God or has never encountered Him. Anyone who argues about the tithe and condemns it does not really know the essence of the tithe.
You see, we cannot claim to have given our lives to God (Romans 12:1-2) if we still struggle with paying tithe. Tithing is the most basic thing every dedicated child of God should do as far as covenant practices are concerned.
People who doubt the reality of the tithe do not know God. You cannot give yourself to God and be struggling with giving Him a penny.
The question is, between yourself and your money, which is greater and more valuable?
I can tell you that even the devil in hell is aware that I have given myself to the Lord many years ago. To confirm this, I have emptied my accounts in millions of Naira several times for God and my life has never remained the same.
Beloved, the giving of your resources to God is an expression of the total donation of your life to Him. When you withhold your resources from God, it only shows you have not totally dedicated yourself to Him.
Remember this: Tithing is the most basic thing every dedicated child of God should do as far as covenant practices are concerned.
